1. Bogey and booger are a bit childish. Snot, or - technically - nasal mucus. Or nose candy. There used to be an am/pm shop in Kebon Jeruk where the cashier girl was forever prospecting for nasal nuggets.

2. Literally(ish): Don't touch or you'll get your hand chopped off.
Better: Don't dig too deep. You might get burned by the molten lava.
Mick Jigger: Don't play with me, cos you're playing with fire.

Chopped off = dipotong or dipenggal.

Better to say: "Don't touch or you'll get burned".

If you scroll up a little bit and look to the right you'll see: Kamus Dwibahasa/Indonesian-English Dictionary, which defines terjepit as:
be in a bind, jam in, jammed in, impacted, confined,
keadaan terjepit: tight squeeze.

Can also be "squeezed" or "in a squeeze".

No, that would sound silly, almost like a coy invitation to engage in romantic caressing. Best to stick with Huang's "Don't touch or you'll get burned".
In that context, the word "touch" tends to imply that a "hand" is doing the touching. So unnecessary to mention "hand" -- unless you're writing/translating a technical manual. Perhaps a manual on snot-fueled stoves.

Edit Reason: no sparrow can perch on Pedro's statue
