2tsp olive oil
1 onion chopped
2 cloves of garlic chopped
1 can peeled tomatoes
1tsp tomato puree
1/2 cup sundriend tomatoes
salt and pepper
cooked penne
200gr can tuna, drained
oregano and parsley
1tsp chicken stock
Shallot, chopped

fry onion, garlic for 1-2 min, add the peeled tomatoes. Break it, stir in tomato puree, oregano, parsley and sundried. Bring to the boil and simmer for 12 min. chicken stock, then salt and pepper.

Put the tuna into sauce. Stir gently, and shallot at last. Eat it with red wine.

Tuna? Eugh.... other than that sounds good.

Can I substitute Rat for Tuna?

Old one..
a very easy peasy non-cooks version of spag bog..
mince, garlic


the bits to add in to the meat in the pan..

the kecap inggris is the important bit-chuck in a spoonful after the meat and instant bolognaise sauce has been on for around 10 mins-a spoonful of butter can also go in then-if you like that sort of thing..

.vinegar for right at the end when you serve sauce over some pasta , as well as some dried garlic and whatever crunchy veges you have in the fridge
