i want simple recipes that only require cheap and readily available ingredients, and take less than 10 minutes to prepare, using only a one-burner gas stove!

Fillet steak casserole with red onions, mushrooms, barbecue beans and baby potatoes a 10 minute special!
One bottle of Chardonnay
One Fillet Steak approx 3" Thick
One Red Onion (Large)
Baby Potatoes (approx 10 pcs)
Mushrooms (approx 10 pcs)
One Tin of Baked Beans in BBQ Sauce

Open bottle of wine! Pour drink

Scrub potatoes clean and boil in salt water.(Alternatively cheat and use tinned potatoes)

Pour another drink

Cut fillet steak into 1/4" slices, add olive oil to pot and fry steak to seal.

Pour another drink

Add all ingredients to pot, cook for 10 minutes on medium heat while stirring and season to taste.

Open another bottle of Chardonnay - Enjoy!

Do you have lots of affordable salmon there M in Oz?

With Salmon, you can do really easy recipe, marinade salmon with italian salad dressing for 10 mins. then discard marinade and season salmon with salt and pepper and broil/grill the salmon. Serve with broccoli (steamed).

Another marinade you can try with Salmon is 7-up/sprite with fish sauce. Sounds weird but tastes pretty good.
