I am just curious. Why men have a relationship? (Hmmmm... that doesn't sound right.) I mean, what makes a man decide to have a relationship? Oh... you know what I mean...

Lets have it guys!

I chose "none of the above" because there are a myriad of things that go into such a decision. It's an insult to our human complexities (both male and female) to try and narrow it down to a single, simplistic reason.

None of the above, my reasoning is that peer-pressure made me do it. I just want to conform wink

No hiding anything from you KuKu.

I'd like to get his take on the great "Kita/Kami" debate - should be interesting .

What, pray tell, Corporal soldier, would you like to know about "kita" and "kami"? By chance, I wrote my Masters' thesis on that topic. cool

If the balls-up you made of your last dissertation is anything to go by, I think I'd leave it to more experienced bules to debate.
"Cewek" should also have been plural .
And since there is no choice as to whether they "pingsan" or not then "suka" is not really fitting - try "mengidap" or the more colloquial "kena" .

You really shouldn't rely upon the online translators, not with Indonesian anyhow.[nyengir]

It depends,
us = kami ( object) we = kami (subject)

kita/kami = our (possesive)

we go to school
he ran to us
that's our friend

got it ?

I was taught that kita & kami don't have anything to do with their use (positions) in a sentence or phrase. The difference is in their meanings.

The difference is:
Kita = we, our & us, (*including* the person spoken to)
Kami = we, our & us (*not* including the person spoken to)

Mainbearing - front and center! You started this.

yeah, that's right
but in indonesian official one,
you may not found punya kita, but mostly punya kami
a bit confuse , I don't catch up what u said the definition

Kita = we, our & us, (*including* the person spoken to)
Kami = we, our & us (*not* including the person spoken to)

would you please give any example in case it'll be easier to understand practically.

xiaoluen, in other words, kita = you & i, kami = (us/we, not including you, whom i'm talking to)..
