The fledgling English-language newspaper, THE POINT, has lost two high quality copy editors in the last few weeks, including one last night (Friday June 8).

They apparently have just two copy editors left and let me tell ya, the quality of the language is really reflecting that, if today's edition is anything to go by.

Our own Piss Salon might have more info on all this, as he seems to have contacts there.

I'm available, do they pay better than Jak Post?

I'm guessing no.

Hey , why don't you apply - I'm sure that they won't care about you getting "redundancy" from the JP

Does THE POINT have a web site? Where exactly is its office located? I was in Jakarta last week on holiday and never saw a single sign of it.

there's nothing there, however.

and it is increasingly looking like nothing will ever be there.
