Anyone here at JC by the name of Tom Wright? Hes a Wall Street Journal reporter based in Jakarta (I assume) since his stories on WSJ have been about Indonesia.

Well here is one about the new software upgrade to 3G called High Speed Downlink Packet Access (HSDPA) that will make the connection to the Internet way faster (through cellular network). Supposedly this technology is not new, rolled out in 2006.
Indosat is taking on this project in Indonesia, the amazing part about this technology is download speed is 6X faster than current speed.
