Malaysia's Golden Hope to set up JV biodiesel plant in S. Korea


Kuala Lumpur (Antara News/Asia Pulse) - Golden Hope Plantations Berhad (KLSE:1953) is partnering South Korea's H-Plus Bio Ltd to set up a biodiesel
plant.

The two companies on Monday signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to build the plant in Yeosu in South Korea.

The plant will have the capacity to produce at least 150,000 metric tons of biodiesel annually, using palm-based products as the primary feedstock, Golden Hope said in a statement.
