Sorry Choco,

Never purchased any, always had them as options, but, I would imagine that your broker when he makes the commitment on your behalf has transferred that ownership to you!

if you are referring to shares in an ordinary private limited company (ie, a non publically listed PT), then you aquire legal title upon the minutes of the shareholder's meeting approving the sale and or transfer being lodged at the companies register of Departemen Hukum (formally Kehakiman) and HAM.

Yes, in Australia it is upon lodgement at the share registry, not upon purchase, possession or payment.

Ladies and Gentlemen, last night I may or may not have asked Chocolatea to marry me.

At the time I was with my best friend John Walker (black label) and he unduly influenced me in my decision.

I therefore consider this proposal null and void under the 1996 UN Treaty on marriage.

I would like to express my concern the Chocko was seen this morning in a Bridal Gown shop, singing “got one at last”….

But verbal proposal is contractually binding under the 1996 Desperate Single's contact law.

So get your act together or you'll be sued for the emotional grief caused & of course,.. bridal gown expenses.. (don't worry it's only 5 figures) wink

SHIT frown

Look Chocko, i know you like the idea of a backless wedding dress, but normally its the TOP that is backless. Showing your bare ass to the wedding guests as you stand at the altar isnt the way its done. At least put a G string on!!!

And asking the vicar and Best Man to "feel my tits - they are still firm at 60" isnt a good idea either.

As for emotional grief - how do you think my parents feel about things? My father muttered "I think I shagged her in my army days", and my mother asked if you were really only 60 years old.....
