Just Placing it out there
Similar to the phrase "just putting that out there", but it is usually said more as suggestion, particularly when the person saying it lacks confidence that his answer or solution is correct.

PPh is a form of income tax, not VAT (PPn). I'm really not sure why an F&B retailer would want to include this. It's a bit odd. I'll try and remember to ask my accountants when they get back from holiday on Tuesday.

as far as i know, my client told me that if i'm selling software (to operate the Point Of Sales)in regardless of any industries, then the PPh23 will be applicable. that's why i'm a bit confuse over here...as i need to redo all my quotations and planning.

anyhow thanks for the help..and have a very nice weekend and holidays.!!

Does it include the service to install the software in company? If yes, that's why they asked it

thank ruby for the information.. yes there will be a small program to install into their pc in order for them to view their reports, in which is not compulsory and depend on their request. So you mean that I have to pay for the PPh23 or is there anyway to escape it.
