Jakarta - Eksekusi Hotel Karya, Jl Jaksa, Jakarta Pusat, berjalan ricuh. Sekitar 80 karyawan hotel menghadang 200 Satpol PP yang bermaksud mengevakuasi barang-barang hotel.

Karyawan hotel dorong-dorongan dengan Satpol PP selama 5-10 menit, Rabu (28/1/2009). Aksi itu dilakukan karyawan karena belum menerima perintah masuk dari atasan mereka.

Bahkan, informasi yang beredar, salah satu polisi berbaju preman sempat dipukul oleh Satpol PP. Satpol PP mengira polisi berbaju preman itu adalah karyawan hotel. Akibatnya Satpol PP itu dibawa ke Polres Jakarta Pusat.

Namun akhirnya karyawan hotel menyerah sehingga Satpol PP dan tim eksekusi Pengadilan Negeri (PN) Jakarta Pusat (Jakpus) bisa mengangkut beberapa barang hotel ke dalam truk. 9 Truk disiapkan untuk mengangkut sofa, meja, kursi dan beberapa peralatan masak.

Penolakan eksekusi juga dituangkan dalam spanduk di depan hotel. Spanduk tersebut bertuliskan "Eksekusi? Kami Siap Lawan" dan "Stop Eksekusi Demi Tegaknya Hukum dan Keadilan".

Koordinator eksekusi dari PN Jakpus Jerry B Rampen menjelaskan, pemilik Hotel Karya, PT Karya Soleh Bahana, memiliki utang senilai Rp 5 miliar kepada Bank PDFCI sebesar Rp 5 miliar.

"Karena tidak bisa membayar, kemudian asetnya dilelang dan menghasilkan Rp 11 miliar. Lelang dimenangkan PT Wahana," ujar Jerry.

Karyawan hotel, Rendra, hanya bisa pasrah tempatnya mengais rezeki dieksekusi. "Ya terima sajalah. Katanya nasib kami akan ditanggung pemilik yang baru," ujarnya.
