One of my fav that i can actually eat without looking for hot sauce.
You will need: 2 personal size birds, baby red potatoes, peeled garlic (lots of it), onions, thickly sliced, olive oil, rosemary, coriander, salt and peppa.
Preheat oven 325 degree.
I rub the birds with olive oil, and place it in the middle of pyrex dish.
I usually cut potatoes in halves. Arrange them loosely in between birds, so as the garlic and onion lot. Pour about enough olive oil onto the dish. Sprinkle ground coriander and rosemary, salt and pepper and pop them into a preheated oven for about 45 mins and kick it up a notch to 425 to brown the birds for 15- 25 mins more. Oh and stir the potatoes once or twice. Serve with hot sauce :P
