Bule's Movement, and Digestion System

First week here, Foods great, but i'm staying away from strange things. Picked up a huge stomach problem, and i'm not sure how it is today but normally its bad.
With the White guy digestive system i'm sure you understand what i'm talking about without spelling it out to you.
Anyone have any advice? I'm taking medicine for it at the moment.

I'm afraid that you just have to deal with it. Do not fear, you will adjust eventually. Then when you go home there will be literally nothing that can do any damage to you!

Bart, try Kaopectate, don't use it if u have ulcer tho. It will heal within 10 mins and u wont have to go the bathroom till the next 2 days. Good luck.  I'm not a white guy and rarely eat from street stalls, but when I do, I got stomach flu, especially when I eat the spicy food.
