It was bad enough when the red-and-yellow President taxis were repainted blue and renamed Prestasi. Can't bear the thought of losing the Cedrics too. Never has a vehicle with a more stylish name-badge glided so majestically through the streets of Jakarta. Hopefully Roy's Hair will buy a few before they're all gone.

That Sliver Bird Mercedes C230 Sport is a load of crap and the only thing "sport" about the thing is the badging, contains nothing that consists in the true sport edition and depicts it from the normal c class and nearly as much trunk room as the Cedric..........

The C230 could be improved with Sambal.....

The Jakarta Administration should realize the monorail project to improve the transportation system.

I think they want too, they can just not come up with an agreement with the others involved as how to divide the spoils.........

The only thing stopping development of the monorail is funding. And logistics. And the theft of the pylons. At least the Jakarta Monmorail has an excellent website:

I personally prefer for the cute yellow TAXI CAB, where it has cable tv and when i'm stuck in traffic, i can always switch the channel and watch

don't forget the business class ojek. May be the only thing that will save jakarta from macet. or maybe a comprehensive bikeway network. plus a public getek (?) system along the creeks. Or some trained macaques, used to riding motorbikes, could be retrained to string up an inter-office flying fox grid.
