Yes surely that's the shop price. Indo second hand no depreciation syndrome strikes again.

These are not far off the shop price so for me is better to pay that little bit more for a warranty and a dealers stamp. One breakdown and repair is going to likely cost you more than the difference anyway if you buy one of these.

With laptops, you want at least 3 years warranty and I am more than happy to pay for this these days considering the issues I have had with my Sony in the past.

Talking of Wimode type thingies.!! Anyone seen a 3G/GSM/GPRS USB modem with an external antenna connection for sale in Jakarta? Most of the ones I have seen have built in antennas with no option for an external one.
I need it to be able to work with an external YAGI antenna for use in low signal locations.
