About 500g piece of beef ( shin/rump whatever)
3 tomatoes
Teaspoon of oil
3 or so tbsp water
Splash of soy sauce ( I use the kikkoman sushi one..it reduces well with the tomatoes)
Cut up broccoli-cup or so of florets
Cut up green onion-about a handful
Slowly cook the beef with the oil, tomatoes,about 3 tablespoons of water, and the soy sauce.Reduce it until the beef is very soft and the tomatoes seem " melted".

Add in the chopped veges, and let them cook briefly.

Take out the beef and cut it into strips
Arrange it all on a plate.
I added little eggs, and served with kim chi ( cos I like it)and sliced rice noodle. And oranges ..not ONE lentil in sight!!
