I don't have an exact measurement of the ingredients, but here goes.
The shrimps:

Beer batter:
half a cup of ice
multi purpose flour mixed in
half a cup of beer
whisk to make it lumpy, until ice melts
hot oil wok,
put prawn into flour, then beer batter
3 mins cook
The sauce:
----------
japanese rice white vinegar
reduce on the stove with 1.5 cup of sugar
boil it
medium simmer for 10 mins
peel carrot, julliane it, salt and sugar them in a separate bowl
slice red chillies finely
put some fish sauce into vinegar
mix in carrot
