Metro TV's new tagline

Private news TV station Metro TV launched on Thursday its new slogan, "knowledge to elevate".

"We hope that in the future, Metro TV can provide people with enlightening information to enhance their lives," Metro TV news director Suryopratomo said.

He added the re-branding, which would be represented in its programs and corporate culture, was to fulfill the public's demand for more quality programs.

The first all news television station in the country, Metro TV was established ten years ago and previously used "Be smart, be informed" as its corporate slogan.

Over the past few years Metro TV has faced stiff competition from TV One, another station that also focuses on news programs. (lnd)

JakChat's new tagline

Public work avoidance/abuse/gossips/in-jokes website JakChat launched on Saturday its new colour scheme and slogan, "norks to masturbate".

"We hope that in the future, JakChat can provide people with enlightening norks to enhance their lives," JakChat dictator Kukukachu said.

He added the re-branding, which would be represented in its posts and lack of culture, was to fulfill the public's demand for more norks.

The first all-bullshit website in the country, JakChat was established five years ago and previously used "Duh, um, what?" as its corporate slogan.

Over the past few years JakChat has faced stiff competition from Facebook, another website that also focuses on bullshit.
