The land size is 175m2 it has 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms a well, nice garden etc.
It's also a quick walk away from the main road/public transport and a short drive to the local 24hr McDonald's.

All the ownership certificates are in order and up-to-date.

The only minus is it needs a little renovation but it can still be lived in now, no worries.
